A downloadable game

8-Invaders is a simple clone of Taito's classic arcade game for the Pico-8 fantasy console. I used it as a means to learn how to write games for the system and as such it's not very complex and also may not be very well programmed, but it works and I'm kind of proud of it.

As with all Pico-8 carts, the source code for the game is fully accessible so feel free to have a poke around.

The game was developed for Pico-8 version 0.1.11F, but may run fine on earlier or later versions.
